Need to center yourself? Sifu Young Wong will lead participants through a set of breathing and movement exercises that will demonstrate how chi gung can be used to clear the mind, relax the body, and dispel the bad energy that comes from everyday stress.
Sifu Wong will also show how chi gung is used in fighting, as well as healing.
Young is a Kung Fu practitioner in the southern style Shaolin Kung Fu. He is a disciple in Choy Li Fut with the knowledge in Wing Chun and Chi Gung. Chi Gung is the practice of storing the good physical and mental energies for healing and dispelling the bad energies from everyday working stress.
